It's designed to enhance overall movement, reduce muscle stiffness, and prevent injury, promoting better posture and mobility for everyday activities or athletic performance.

Ski Conditioning

As an experienced and fully certified ski instructor and personal trainer, I enjoy teaching fun ski conditioning classes so you can feel more confident and reduce the risk of injuries during your next ski season. Anybody is welcome no matter your fitness or skiing level.

Health coaching and goal setting go hand in hand, helping individuals achieve lasting wellness. I provide guidance, support, and accountability, empowering my clients to make healthier choices in their lifestyle. Through collaborative goal setting, I help clients define clear, realistic, and measurable objectives—whether it's improving fitness, managing stress, or eating healthier.
