Linzertorte

Linzertorte is one of the oldest cake recipes from the Alps. Rustic, timeless, delicious, and made for adventure.  It keeps incredibly well and somehow tastes even better with time. 

A sturdy mountain cake you can easily pack along for a hike or enjoy at home.

I bake with organic, local flour from Hillside Grain because I believe in clean food.
